alright everyone i guess you can say im a newbie..iv tried growing a couple times in the past and got caught by my mom...yea real bummer to be grounded...now im older and smoke alott more and am making another attempt but am having some problems.

first thing first i am growing my plants using hydroponics no soil i feel alot less messy and i am more knowledgable about this type of growing.

Lighting: i have two 24" flourescent daylight bulbs, and three 75 watt philips plant light bulbs

so far i have started growing 7 plants one of which has died after a fatal accident of dropping the light ontop of it while in the early weeks of veg period. my setup has changed alot which u will see in my pics. i started with the aerogarden and as alot of ppl already know and i can confirm...AEROGARDEN is not good to grow plants....very good at getting them started i must admit.

i have recently seperated my plants into seperate 1 quart cups to continue onto flowering. i think the problem with some of my leaves is because i added miracle-gro all purpose plant food in and thats when i noticed some of the leaves on my plants starting to turn brown. i immediatly took and flushed them out... one of my plants leaves are green-yellowish with gray spots on them and just look horrific. this is were i need help. i dont no if i should prune the leaves and hope everything else grows back normally i can try more nutes?...the other day i added a small amount of miracle-gro tomatoe plant food (i have read tomatoes need most of the same nutes as marijuana).

i started my seedlings on Jan. 23 and have been in veg period until now. i have purchased a timer and am starting the flowering stage.
ANY TIPS YOU THINK MIGHT HELP PLEASE POST

They are showing several different signs. They look like you didn't ph the water which will lock up the nutes and the plant will show several different ailments. I don't know how much I can help as i grow in soil but make sure you adjust ph when you add any kind of mg products. I mix 1 tsp mg plant food and 1 tsp mg rose food in with my other nutes but I always have to use ph up to get the ph above 6. Other than that...bump...

iight ill go out today and get some ph strips and ill see what the ph is

how do you change the ph level tho?
should i get distilled water?

iv just been using water out of my shower lol
