hey im in week 3 1/2 of flowering indoors. Today i noticed that a few of my lower leaves were curling at the ends and had white dots on the leaves. What is this?

edit: one question... i am about to be on week 4 of flowering and there still is no buds? is this a bad sign? there are many pistils forming but no buds, i have seen many pictures on here with pretty good sized buds in week 3 and its freakin me out thanks

Could be spider mites.
Look under the leaves for tiny black/brown dots. The same thing happened to me on a few different occasions.
FIX
1. Pull those tiny leaves and get rid of them.
2. Spray bottle plus just "one" drop of dish soap.
3. Lightly mist the affected area. Making sure to get the bottoms of the leaves.

Hope this takes care of your problem.
Good Luck

A pic would help greatly. Doober's fixes are directed towards the mites. I dont think that the leaf curl is from the mites, although it could be its unlikely. Also, could you explain this curl... is it an upward curl or downward?

I suggest monitoring your plants very closely over the next couple days.

My leaves actually did curl because of the mites, they thread the tips of the leaf together with silk to make a sort of spider mite car port. "Spider Port"= added protection from the sun
