hello,

i just have a quick ?
my seedling's first two leaflets are large
but they are "closing up" (growing straight upwards instead of out to the sides
WHY?????

They are probably stretching for light. Bring the light a little closer or add more light and see what happens.

Oh yeah. It could also be phototrophisim, where the plant grows towards the light to maximize light absorbtion. They just dont have many leaves so it looks a little wierd. Just keep you eye on it, and watch out for overwater. Very easy to overwater young seedlings.

well i dont think its a light issue
because i have it under its own 150W CFL and its bout 1 1/2 inches away from it
so yea ill jus keep my eye on it
is phototrophism normal at this age?
because all my other seedlings arent doin that.....
