Help

My plants are two months old some indica some sativa. My largest and bushiest was started in an 8" pot and was growing fast and then she decided to wilt and then the leaves started turning yellow at the bottom. I leached her cause i thought lock out, let her dry then repotted in a 11" pot due to massive root ball. The stems are purple everywhere. It's been nearly 3 days and no response from her. Im using fl bulbs for growth at 3 to 4 inches from the top, organic potting soil with verm an perl, she's got a small amount of lime and i'm using 10-15-10 npk nutes with a shot of epsum salts. PH is about 7 to7.5 due to hard waster(well) and yes i've been using vinager to lower he ph of the water. I have'nt been able to water her because the soil is still wet from transplant. Does anybody know if she'll revive? she's been wilting for a week and a day now. Please help! I'm always open to suggestions. SORRY NO PICS YET
