Help!!!!

I have 2 sprouts in a bubler system, they are about 2.5 weeks old, I had problems keeping my ph under control but it has held steady for 48 hours but this morning my sprouts look sick they are light green and have some brown all over the leaves the pics are a little fuzzy but any advise is appreciated,

Can't really see the browning in the pics. Are you using nutes?

no no nutes at all just water ph at 5.6
