Looks like overwatering or shock from the recent transplanting/ moving.

Some of the roots need to be exposed to air. Water level should be about 3" below the bottom of the pots.

They were going good in the Ebb & Flow why switch them? I don't know much about them systems their scary to me! Your not flooding the roots are you?

If you mean you have stones providing o2 then no, that is not enough. Not sure if that is what is causing your problems but you need to have roots exposed to air in these DWC systems or you will drowned them.
You should have the water level touch the bottom of the pots until roots emerge from the pots. Then drop the level to 3" below the pots. The root ball will sit in the solution but the exposed roots will intake the o2.

That's scary! I going to grow in this rock wool bulks or absorbent my next few grows you use and water it just like dirt but ph'ed to 5.8 hydro doing the watering by hand method
