it is possible that the five plants to complete some earlier and some later ?? in this case how do I do ??

It's possible if they're different strains. Or if you're feeding some more than others. Or if others are receiving more light than others. Just let them go and in the late stages of flowering get a microscope and check for milky white and amber trichomes. This is when you harvest.

If some plants are getting to tall, perhaps you should consider LST

I don't understand your question. If a plant is more mature than the other and ready for harvest, you will know by looking at the trichomes under a microscope. If it's ready....chop it.

if you want to stagger the harvest you stagger when you put them into the flowering chamber. Put one plant in the flowering room, leave the others in veg room. 1 week later put another into the flower room. A week after that put another into the flowering room, etc...

That way you will have one plant finish each week.

Yeah plants finish at different times, when some get finished chop 'em down and harvest the buds while leaving the other's in the tent to finish. If you were planing on using your tent as your harvest room maybe it's time to rethink and build a dry box out of tupperware with a fan.
