now how many plants could i put under here and still get a decent yeild?

A few clones at best. For flowering I wouldn't put more than 2 clones under it. Bend them so the 2 plants take up all the available light space. better to have a couple beast plants then a bunch of dying ones

can i put 6 plants under 1 300w cfl?
and will it supply them with enough light??

erm not really you could get a decent yeild off 3 plants at max i wouldnt do any more than that
