Nutrient burn. How often do you feed it nutes and how old is your plant?

Its now starting to spread onto another leaf

I havent been feeding it anything, besides water. This is all pretty new to me. But the plant is roughly 2 months old but it was outside for the first month and then i transplanted it inside.
