Help

I ran into a delema with my plants. I started growing in those little soil planter things and the problem is I haven't been paying attention to the roots and they grew through the little cup things and they are about 6" long. I want to transplant them to my bubbleponics 6 planter but I don't know how. Pluss they are obviously in dirt so I'm not sure if I could.
