So first time useing aeroponics, always been a soil guy..im running an apollo3 garden and have seedlings started in rockwool about 3-4 inches high. i have them sitting on a plate on top of my xbox in a cabnet where its nice and warm..as of this morning they have little roots poking out of the bottom of the cubes..i go to put them in the net pots and the apollo garden and find out that my water pump is not working. the hyrdro store isnt open untill tuesday and i cant get there untill tuesday night, so these girls will be sitting another 48 hours almost b4 i can get them into the garden? what should i do with them to make sure they dont die? will they be ok on the plate if i just add water? orrr.....any ideas??

That sucks,

Well, thats one of the you have to deal with when you have no medium.
I am not familer with your system, is there any way you could fill with water and add air pump and use like a bubbler? Or maybe mist the roots with a spray bottle?

Good luck

thats my system

yes i could mist with a spray bottle..how often, or should i say how little can i get away with spraying them, i cant be in there every half hour spraying for 5 mins like it says the pump cycles spost to run on...

Again, this is just an idea, could you raise the res so the water fills up the trays through the drain?

If you could do that at least you could create some humidity in the root zone. Maybe some temp air stones?

Or maybe, can you just close the drain and make little res out of the trays?
