Help!!!

Help me please!!! This is what i have. Aero, my ph is way to high 7.6 or so. I read that if you drop it more than .1 a day it could be catastrophe. But everyday it shoots right back up. I use reverse osmo water. I may have the wrong ph reader. I am so upset because it was doing so good. Than this. The one thing i know is that i have not over fert it. If anything it is under. Please advise. I hope I have given enough info. if not let me now.

Just drop it back to 5.5. Straight back, might cause a little shock, but shit nothing compared to what you are doing to it right now. @ 7.6 you've locked out almost everything. Keep it between 5.5 and 6.5, but try not to let it fluctuate too much. That's what people are talking about. Some people will try to get it to 5.5, then wait a week and when it reaches 6.5 drop it back again. That's not good for the plants. You should try to keep it consitant as much as possible.
