What and why

Why is this leaf like this? I didn't find anymore like this one. I've had a couple burnt tips from previous nitrogen tox. But this growth is maybe a week old.

EVERYTHING else looks great... but this one leaf looked like this.

Looks a little high in N, the damage looks like scarring from a past event. I don't think it will spread. As Lime asked, is it just the one leaf?

Minor damage. Happens.
You can afford to loose a leaf lol
Long as its not on more than a few leaves I wouldn't worry about it.

It couldve been many things. But like I've already read a million times. If its just one leaf, a newer leaf at that. It could be so many petty things. But what matters is the overall health and shes healthy as can be. Just wanted to post it on here and make sure its not anything serious or something that will spread.
