Help yellow spots !!!

hey guy here are my specs and age of plant just incase it helps

Bulb - 100w eco bulb x2 ( will be going to 250w after )
weeks - 4th week now
only given ph balanced water

not sure what it is never seen anything like it open to all ideas

Oi ball bags lol wheres ya thread post up a thread of ya grow so i can follow saves this shit cause to me looks like nute burn but i dnt know if you've used ph ballanced water with nutes or just straight water could also be your soil if its not tui organic seed raising mix it could be slow release nutes in your soil at 4 weeks it should be getting sum nice nutes by now im using about 7ml of super grow and 5ml of ozi tonic with 0.5ml of aminos that covers me for everything
