Help withFlood table ebb an flow

I am going to make a diy 4x8 flood table an wonder how much gph pump I need. I also need to know how big of a reservoir I need.
 
id say 6-800gph pump would be lots

Prob want 120-160g res for a table that size.

Search jefferson1979 here on riu. He was using this exact setup. 4x8 ebb and flow . He had tons of good info in that inzane in da membrane and gorilla zkittlez journal.
