HELP WITH VPD PLEASE

My leaf Temps are at 74 while my room is 87. I have humidity at@ 75-80. Plants look better than any I've ever grown. My question is should I lower humidity to align with leaf temp instead of ambient room temp? Why is it so low compared to room? Could it mean I could give more light? I'm at@ 600ppfd in week 1veg. I'm growing under a spider farmer sf4000 at 425 watts. This is my first venture into vpd. My plants look incredible. Thanks in advance

I saw very low leaf temps once, it was insufficient air circulation in the tent. Have you verified the accuracy of your infrared thermometer?

I mean if your plants look incredible.....You are going to get different answers from every person you ask, and you're going to be able to finds an article supporting any point of view you wish....I think the ultimate tale tale sign is how do YOUR plants look to you? Cause if they are doing incredible...what's better then incredible? super dooper incredible cause if that's your goal then that's different....GL

I checked it just now with ice water and it read 30.1. Should be 32. So it's off by 2. I've adjusted my leaf offset to reflect that and set my humidity to 62%. I'm at .8k now. On target.
