Help with these seeds sprouting

i need some help guys with these seeds they both were planted about a week ago and they still havnt sprouted idk if the seeds are growing right?

the one on the left i can see green coming out of it

These pictures are very hard to see,
Post more info as well; how often do you water? pH of the water? What kind of soil are you using???

List as much info as you possibly can

idk the ph of the water but im using some soil my friend gave me i think its fox farm? and i water them about 2 times aday sometimes 3....they get dry fast

1. Buy a pH meter.
2. Buy a moisture meter.
3. Stop watering them 2-3 times a day.

Less than $5

No need to drown it with water my friend, it will come out of the ground when it is ready. They might even be dead already, but persevere.
Patience is the most important virtue for growing plants, make a vow to yourself right now that you will only check on your plants no more than 3 times a day.

Sounds to me like to much water. Water only every 3 days or so as the seeds need air too not just water to sprout. But also if its drying out that fast also it may be heat...( too hot )
