Help with strain selection!

I'm a new grower who's looking for some insight into what everybody is looking for in their weed! Please help.

I personally like a strong hybrid or indica. I enjoy the smell and the stickiness of the buds, and the pine smell I get from the bud I buy, but what is everybody else looking for? Is it smell, taste, color, price, strain, what? Insight please.

Bro, if you want some seroiusly amazing smells and tastes go with TGA Subcools stuff. Having grown the flav, vortex, jack the ripper and querkle I can tell you every plant i've germmed has turned out just like teh description and teh potency is amazing!!! However if you need femenized (like I thought I did when I started growing) go with Reserva Privada or DNA. Stay away from Greenhouse, barneys farm (I know I know they win cannabis cup, but if you want grow 1 subcool and 1 barneys farm, and post which turned out better). Barneys farm is really easy to grow but the highs have been Meh in my opinion.

Serious Seeds has some amazing stuff too and they have fem,just i've had probs with bugs lovin them here.
