Help with sprout

Hello everyone, needing some help with sprout.
Well I found it on the floor one morning, fell off the table. Did my best to replant it but it hasn't had much progress. One of the leaves also turn brown. Its been about a week since finding it and resuscitating it.
It kinda looks like I over watered it too. So Im waiting for the soil to kinda dry out. Because I got some water soluble mycorrizae that I want to try give it.
Any advices please?

Don’t overwater it. Just hang in and give it time.

Ok so its beena good week or so and while it seems to have recovered and getting new growth, it hasnt gotten any taller.....

it looks better then before but for a week old since last update growth kinda MEH.. there was a user on here who had a similar issue but with his grow he grew in dirt and the dirt when wet turned into mud and hardened up so the roots had a hard time growing through that as well as staying moist constantly he said. i don't see any perlite in your medium and you did not state what kind of medium your using doesn't look like coco imo. as hotrod said it could of just been due to over watering stop overwatering and it should pick up if not i think it's your medium tbh.

try give it another week see what happens.

Im just using top soil I got from the boonies. There are some small limestones and twigs and other matter.

Ok. I've been checking the moisture level by digging about 1" in the soil. Which makes me water it about every 3 days.

But yea, its been growing new leaves but barely grew in height. Im at about 4 weeks since sprout.
