Help with sick leaves and bud development, thank you.

Purple kush indoor grow with soil (outdoor for watering and care-taking) now 25 days in flowering
1- what do you guys/gals think is affecting the leaves/plant
2- for 25 days in flowering are the buds developing properly

Feeding every other day with RO+Calmag and Roots organic nutrients

And how come i have brown/red hairs on buds at day 25 of flowering, isn't that a bit early.....was told purple kush is auto-flowering but i don't understand how that works.
 
25 to 30 ml per gallon - a bit less than a half gallon per plant every 2 days, and 5 to 7 ml of Calmag with RO water
 
I don't have a good one (i got one of them two prong thing that doesn't give exact readings) so am a bit screwed on that
