Help with room design!!!

I am going to be using a 400 watt light, and growing lowrider#2 X ak47, or Hindu kush X with ak47, havent decided yet. I was just wondering if I built a box out of wood or used pvc pipe then hung poly film, how many plants should I grow with 400 watts, and what dimensions I should make the box? PLEASE HELP!!
 
A 400w HID can support four 5gal buckets, each holding a topped plant with six main colas, in an area 2.5'x2.5'. High-yielding strains and proper growing techniques can net up to a pound after each harvest, trimmed and dry. Height will depend on the plants, amung other things, but you'll need at least the size of the buckets + at least 1.5' for the plants + a foot between the plants and the bulb + about a foot for the lamp = over 4.5' total.
 
I would go w/ a PVC construction over wood. Moisture diseases, fungi, molds and insects
like wood. The cost might be more but if you only dry fit the design you can break it down
and pack it up in minutes.

You can even use the PVC to run wires in and if large enough you can push/pull air thru the
PVC. I would also give myself a little more than the minimum amount of space you think you
need. A 400 watter will need plenty of air circulation to keep a small space cool.
