Hey guys and gals,
didnt have time to do a full search so this question may have been answered so bear with me...I know I need to use pH Down/Up to change the pH level but is "Top Fin pH Decrease for freshwater aqariums" something I could also use. I currently use a aeroponic system (rain forest 66 to be exact). Any help would be much apreciated...time is an issue here as well!

I don't know what that stuff you have is, do you? What does it say it contains? Many aquarium products contain sodium, which doesn't hurt fish but will kill plants.

With something as particular as aeroponics, it's best to go with agricultural pH Down.

Hydroponic solutions can be adjusted with dilute solutions of phosphoric acid to raise pH and potassium hydroxide to lower pH. Do not use fish chemicals to adjust pH. Toxic buildups can occur.
