HELP With Organic Nutes during flowering and pests!

Hi, I am new to the forums and growing.
This was my first grow and seeing how it was pretty late in the season I decided to go with feminized auto-flowering blue mystic because i am growing outside. I live in Texas and even though its getting close to winter its still hot as shit. Anyway I decided to grow in some garden beds I made. I used my own compost that I made and germinated the seed directly in the ground. I only did one as a test run, in case it was just going to die. So its been about a month and my plant is 8" tall and i am assuming is entering flowering because white hairs are forming on all 7 of the bud sites. My post has two questions, first what can I add to the soil to boost the bud growth? (all natural please). Second my plant is a great green with no sign of damage except for some nibbles something had early on. However I just noticed today little webs on the top budding area below the white hairs. I have looked around and kind of decided that there spider mites. This brings me to the question, is there anything that I can add ( all natural again) to get rid of them. I am going to get some neem but havent really heard how effective it is. I want to say this is the first day I saw them so hopefully thats a plus. Any help with some all natural flowering nutes and pesticides would be great, thanks

High P bat guano would be good for flowering. Use lightly in a organic compost tea, or as a top dressing. I would go with the tea though, faster acting. Not sure about the mites, I had them on my girl too, but just squished them as I seen them, didnt use neem or anything.

There aren't many good organic sources of Potassium for flowering. We use a mixture of seaweed/kelp fertilizers and high K ash. Worm Castings, Bone & Blood Meals, Fish Emulsion and Guanos are some of the other best organic ferts for all of the other nutrients your plants would need.

The Neem Oil is where I would start for getting rid of your pests.
