i have just bought complet nft gt424 gro-tank system with 400w light can any one tell me if u run the pump 24/7 or put it on a timer and can any one tell me how often u clean the tank i have all so bought a airstone and pump to put in the tank for more oxygen

i dont no if you keep it on 24/7 but u def. need to chang the water every 7 to 10 days

i jst had the same question answered for me a couple of days ago....u want to leave it on 24/7 he explained to me as,"its as if your seeing how long your plant can hold it breath for!!!"

i change my water at least every week but lately its been b4 a week as shes drinkin alot more water now that shes bigger but when it was little i changed it every week....

Don't waste your time looking for a cheaper alternative; there is nothing. This is the only one that will do what you need. Set it for 1 minute on and 5 minutes off. Keep your rez topped off to about 3/4 full and change it about every 2 weeks. This is an amazing system and you will be amazed at how your plants will grow in it. I love mine!!
