Help with my room!

What do ya guys think would be the best lighting for 6 cloned girls that i want to veg for 5 weeks then harvest i was thinking a Tek Light T5 HO 2 bulb 4 footer i think. note: I dont need them to be any higher than 18" before flower looking to get 1oz-1.5oz per plant with an 8 week flower plus the clones will be in a 4'x3' cabinet with not a lot of room for heat! Your tips would be appreciated! Oh by the way dont worry about flowering it will be under 600w hps

Go with the T5 or Metal Halide.

Thx but more detailed info would be appreciated! Im looking to know if i run whatever lights are recommended in my cabinet to get said yield can i go little air circulation, maybe have air movement during the 12 hours my flowering plants are on and none for 12 or so hours?
