Help with Multi-room Grow Cab

Hey all, I am just in the process of thinking up my next move. Was talking it over with a friend about where it'll be going and what I'll need and all. This will be my first cabinet grow. The cabinet will be in an insulated garage but the part that it will be in will not be heated so it will be something I will need to look into.

So... this will be kinda like me keeping notes on the ongoing grow box and any input or suggestions are more than welcome.

Dimensions - 3'4" Wide, 2'2" Depth, 8' Height (Floor to Ceiling)
I will be making a shelf half way up to seperate the 2 areas. I also plan on having the larger light in it's own space to deal with heat issues.

The pots that I will be using are 12" dia. So I can have 6 plants going in the bottom for veg, while I keep my mothers in the top portion and also keep a little space for clones in with the mothers. Later on I will be making a whole other space for clones but for now this is the idea. I'm not planning on flowering anything in this box since I have another space to do this with.

Problems -

I think I will have enough space behind where I want the clones to go to run atleast 2 - 5" ducts for an inlet outlet air for the light.

Still going to need to control temp in each area *not too cold in the winter, warm in the summers*

Not only that but the doors won't be opened daily so it'll need fresh air/exhaust air.

I'm not too worried about humidity, but I do need to be able to have a constant enough temp so they will grow.

This is me trying to make space where I am now. I want to be able to keep some constant mothers and have a good space to veg.

I will put up posts as the build comes along and then maybe start a journal when it's all started up. I just ordered some of Subcool's seeds so that would be a good start.

Anyone have any ideas on how i could have intakes and exhausts and still keep the bugs out?
