Move your lights closer. Plants will grow quicker. Since t5 is linear lighting and not a single point of light. Inverse square law .

looks like potassium and phos deficiencies. Either flyers or bud worms (little green catepillar) are eating the leaves probably.

^^^^what he said. Get those lights down to about 3-4 inches above the canopy. Something is definitely eating those leaves too.
