Help with lighting options

I have (2) 4 bulb 48" fluorescent fixtures. They will be lining the top of my 40"h x 48"w x 24"d Mother clone veg box. Should I go with 8 agrosun 40w full spectrum bulbs for 16.99 each or just get 5 6500k and 3 2700 k bulbs for 3$ a piece. They are all 2650 lumens and 40 w . Which will work better for vegging and to keep a mother and a couple clones healthy until flower time.

I have three 48 INCH FLUORESCENT FIXTURES I USE CHEAP COOL WHITE AND WARM WHITE BULBS FROM WAL-MART(LIKE 5BUCKS FOR 2) THEY WORKED GREAT.THESE ARE TWO DAYS AFTER USING FLUORESCENTS FOR VEG (MY TWO MOTHER PLANTS)

How many bulbs? I currently use cfls for flower and have done surprisingly well so I know they work great. Just wondering if the agrosuns are worth the squeeze, ya know!!
