Help with harvest!

Hello people has anyone heard of leaving the plants in totall darkness for 72hours before harvesting?? An if so should i water them
While there in darkness?? Im totally new to all of this!!

yeah ive heard of it not 72 hours but 48 hours meant to produce more thc or somthing an i would water them dry them out

I have done it and to be honest I am not convinced it made any difference. For a couple of runs in the past I left for just around 60 hours dark and like I say, not sure if there was a difference.
