Help with flowering

Hey this was my first grow attempt so any help would be really appreciated. Started out with 4 plants on a cycle of 18/6 with 4 cfls (100watt) grew for about 12 weeks before switched light schedule to 12/12. I ended up with 2 males that were destroyed and 2 females which I have now. Its been about 4 weeks on a 12/12 and I am not getting any buds. The plants are full of the "white hairs" but it doesn't look like there is any bud.



I was used Fox Farm Ocean Forest for the soil and the only nutrients I've been using is



Please help if you notice anything mistakes or problems that can be corrected for this plants or my next attempt it would help out alot thanks.

The more light the better.
If you can put them outside under the sun, and bring them in at night.

How far are the lights away from the plants?

I would expect much more bud sites at this stage.

Post a pic of your grow area/seet up (inc) lights for further analysis.

I suspect your lights are too far away.

im going to leave them out in the sun for a couple days before I get more lights
