Help with flowering please

im currently 3 weeks and 1 day into flower feeding every 2 days with brand Dutch pro explode

Now the plant has not really been doing that much I would of thought it would be showing a lot more hairs now after 3 weeks of flower ? Currently under a 400 wat duel spectrum but there only little tips forming ? Any tips guys ?? Also got a bit of a heat issue as lights quite hot so have a small fan on floor venting hot air out then have big fan putting air in and trying to cool light down it’s usally sits at around 30c

Also these plants was put into flower at12 inches I couldn’t believe it when a few for them hit 33 inches !! Crazy hahah

What do u mean?

That's a healthy stretch, they're progressing fine. Just because she's been under 12/12 for 3 weeks doesn't mean she's been flowering for three weeks.

Do u think a plant of that size will yield much ? 33 inch a few of them topped once ? Under 400 duel spec
