Help With first time CFL Closet Grow

So, I'm on day 14 of my Skywalker Clone.

currently using a Ecosmart 120 watt Daylight CFL bulb.
using foxfarms soil, light is about an inch from the plant.
With fan running about 24/7
light are on 18/6.
The nutes I just started using are nutrigrowplus A+B.

Couple things:

That CFL is only a 23 watts and producing about 1,200 lumens. That's not enough to grow a healthy plant. You should get at least one more, I prefer the spiral CFLs, they produce more lumens than the kind you are using.
The leaves look like they are drying out, try giving them more water. A plant in a one gallon container like that can drink at least 12oz of water per day. I would stop with the nutes and just give it some water until it regains its health.
