Help with discolor/turning pale from inside out

Hello I will keep it real simple,
My mother plant has some weird discoloring going on that’s been happening for a little while now but getting worse.
It started on the new growth basically the inside of the leaf Is turning yellow/palish looks almost spotted I can give more info if anyone needs it thank you

either iron deficient or locket out. iron is needed for photosynthesis and is hard for the plant to move because it is immobile. It will show on the new growth. try to foliar feed with cal mag plus till you solve the other question of deficient or locket out. It looks similar to the issues i had. I don't have any pics of when it was at its worst but you are close.

In my opinion if it was the light that new growth way lower on the plant would not be effected. But it is also white.

I don’t know anything about iron deficiency but it’s the only one that’s doing that out of 9 plants
I can see it being a lock out too, I’m going to flush it once it dries out a little more
