HELP with CLONES

Hello all. I just received 2 clones from a friend and I dont know what to do with them. They look unhappy I, so where should I start. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Transplant. 1 gallon, then 3 gallon, then 5-7 gallon.

Keep them away from your grow area for a week or so if possible

Why is there another solo cup? Need drainage.
Just put them in a pot already. DON'T OVER WATER.

Bugs, powdery mildew, etc...
You need a quarantine area if you want to take in clones.

Well it is optional but I strongly recommend it

Pull off the yellow or wrinkly leaves and transplant into larger containers.
