Help with choosing nutrients

Sup yall. I'm starting my frist plant and I was wondering where to get
some nutes and what kinda I sould use. I read about nutrients and a solution
high in Nitrogen is good for vegetation and a solution high in Phosphorus is
good for flowering.

I was wondering if you can use nutes from local stores like walmart, or canadian tire in the gardening section. Are they just as good as nutes from hydro shops? I came across these for vegetation and flowering. Has any one used local shop plant feed? I really wanna go organic, but I don't know where to start.

help... anyone? I've got 4 little seedlings that just sprouted after 3 days. I wanna be ready to start feeding them right. When exactly should I start supplementation?

awesome, thanks man. I was thikning of using those products but thought it wasn't a good idea because it's not all natural or organic. I'm gonna make sure to choose something organic or all natural though.

There's alot of organic recources. Everyday food & food byproducts. Go to the organic forum, see what you can find

I ended up going to my local ponics shop and chose these plant life products called Holland seceret. It came in a 3 peice package so I thought it was a good deal. Comes with a blue formual called "Micro" (5-0-2"0), a green formula "grow" (2-1-7), and a red formula "bloom" (0-6-4).
