Help with Balcony Grow

Ok so I started 9 seeds on the papertowel method all sprouts in less than 24 hrs. My questions is I put them in a mini jiffy green house to start do I place them on the balcony in direct sunlight or do I just keep them warm with the heating pad till the break the grow? These are short stuff mixed autoflowers. Will be growing on my balcony the whole time.

they don't need any light till they sprout and then indirect or a 1 or 2 cfls would be plenty of light for a little bit

Ok wasnt planning on any indoor lights was gonna use nature on the balcony. Should I keep the greenhouse on a heating pad like I do when I have them in the papertowels? Also what watt cfls if I did choose to start them there

daylight cfl's are 6500k 2 would be fine , just don't want to blast them with the sun so soon. The heating pad will help in the rooting process, just make sure ya aren't cooking them.

the 23 watt(100) cfls work fine , i actually have 1 cfl rooting 11 clones in a droplight.

ok so whats a reasonable temp for the rooting process my pad on has lo med and high but I'll use a thermometer to check the temp.

bump help with temp of mat
