HELP White bugs in soil

Hi there so I'm a very new grower attempting my first grow ever. I have just one plant growing indoors in a large grow box using organic solid and I noticed these white round tiny specs in the soil after closer look I could see they were moving. I did some reading but can't tell if these are harmless soil mites or something worse. The plant is too young to tell growth rate and have not grown their first node yet. Any answer to put my panic at ease will be greatly appreciated.

Treat the soil with a neem oil spray kills bugs and organic too. I use neem oil weekly on leaves to keep pests out. Peace
