help whit hps

i need help on how do i put together an hps sistem. cuase i find the ligth but not a socket for it and i dont kwon anything about a balast....this is what i got now

I'd get those cfls' as close as possible w/o burning a.s.a.p. to minimize stretching.

I'd think buying a complete hps kit would be the way to go. MUCH easier than gathering the parts and building one, for most.
