About 3 days ago i put these seeds in paper towel and wet the paper towel then i put it in my closet and this is what happened,??

Looks to me like some kind of mold or bacteria. Oh and your suppose to place it in a covered container like wet towel seed then towel over it, and then close the container and wait 2 days

Your hands were probably dirty when handling the paper towel. Thats fungus/mold.
