Help! weard thing

i got 9 jock horrors, and they are under 250w hps ( vege ) and the plants are almost 3 weeks old.. but the plants look like 1 week old...
the PH is nice and heat is nice, no hot, no cold and i got plenty of carbonmonoxid, i got fan wich is working very well... so

what is the problem... the light is above 24ich and 20, 19 and 15 inch away from the plants.
first the light was regulary every plant 15-17ich but i raise it a little. there are 2 plants and they are growing fine... and those 2 plants are 15-20ich from the light... so
whats the matter those 7 plants, they growing slow.... ????

can it be result of overwatering... because my mistake i has over it but now almost 5 days im not watering them.. just wait the soil dry out...

and one plant is mystery... its 18-20ich away from the plant.. and it seems to be weard... that plant got little yellowing and little little bit of brown not much hardly can see thaht brown.. and steam is purple... and soil is still wet... so please help me.... yu dont need pic.. its simple thing...

but i dont get it... why the other plants grow slowly and why that one plant is light bright green and gets little yellow spot ( no spidermites! i have chek it ) and stem is purple.. i need help... temp and heat is fine...

Can you post a pic of the plants and setup it could be so many things but its deffiantly enviroment

lights too far away,,,you can get a 250watter about 8" above um without hurting um,,,i have my 400watter 10" above my vegging plants,there only 2weeks old,,,,,,,,,,

ooh, but fwe guys says.. light too close, too directly light so young plants is not good.. or is it ??

yep i send pics when i got camera but yu can read everything in thread, and last time nothing goes wong and light was 1.20m from plants so like 45ich away ( above )
so hmmmm.... ???

can that stunted grow result overwatering too ??
because everything is fine ( im not first timer ) temp, carbonoxi, fan, withe walls... so on.

and fwe plants are fine so its kind tricky.

and u guys can see the space in my gallery, but i have done fwe update.. now light is lower and can be easily raise too.. or but downer...
