Help! very small grow space

Hello everyone,
i have a small space i am currently growing in. it is only 21 INCHES tall...yeah, i know. and it is like 25" by 25" wide. i currently have my sprouts under a 15 watt 18 inch Flourecent tube.... i have my sprouts in a jiffy peat pellet green house thing....i removed the clear green house lid when they sprouted....although only 1 sprouted (out of 9!
i dont know why but it grew very quick and its only been a day but nothing else has sprouted.....i may have over waterd or planted the germinated seeds too deep.
i need some help pleeeaaasseee.... what can i do to make this happen??? or atleast to grow it small and then put it somewhere else for the last month or 2.


also on a side note.....i got some miracle grow organic and some miracle grow perlite at home depot....i couldnt get anything better but thats what i will be planting in...i already planted one of the pellets in a cup with it and nothing has happend..........
also....i started the germination exactly 1 weeks ago......ALL of the 9 seeds burst open with 24 hours....i thought i was off to a great start but now i need some expert help. i put the germinated seeds in the pellets (those expanding things in the greenhouse) 2 days after i started.....so germed for 2 days then planted in pellets and now i got a one 2 day old sprout that looks good but nothing else is growing. is it possible to just tie down branches? anything???

25x25x21 huh? if it were me, i would put the lights vertically and not with lights stright on top of the plant. So it wont grow so tall and run out of space. Also, instead of using a cup or pot thats like 6inch round 6 inches, make a custom "pot" that wider and not as tall. For example, instead of havving a gallon pot that takes up 8 inches in height and only 6 inches wide, use a gallon of soil in a "home ade pot" that 3 inches tall but 12 inches wide. So the roots will grow side ways then down than just straight down.. go on ebay and get a computer fan for 5$ shipped and you should be good. I no people might give me shit on this setup but i like it my self. Just my opinion ya no
