Im no grow master by far, but for veg i would use happy frog. To germ and let your plants root get strong start with a organic soil with lots of (worm castings, blood meal, bone meal, kelp and seaweed), just my opinion, and then add in perlite and coco coir, and the lil baby plant roots will love the light mixture.
