I would just get new drivers, like the one I mentioned that goes up to 58v. You can use those ones for Cree CXB3590s sometime. At 1500 ma they only draw about 35v

One of the nice features of Veros is the part number is actually on the chip, ie last two characters will be C7 or B7 etc, the B or C or other will define the Voltage of the the part. If your driving the C part for example which is nominal 69V, then 37 volt driver is not going to do the job and you will need to change chip or driver depending on most cost effective solution
