HELP! strange leaf problem

HI I currently have some sensi star growing and am curious about some of the leaves that are drooping and are speckled. i attatched some pictures, i have trimmed a few of theses leaves off as they seem to be dying. If someone could please let me know what is the cause of this as im very concerned. Thanks
