Help! Spoetnik has a problem

They have been growing for about 40 days now under 550 watts of CFL and one just started showing some yellowing in the center of the leaves then started turning brown within a day

lookin like an mg problem. also may be K as well. have u ever flushed? I would flush and then immediately feed with balanced nutes, maybe add some epsom salts in for the mg
