I NOW HAVE PICTURES ON THE SECOND PAGE PLEASE LOOK!!!!!!!!

Hey guys, first time grower here, plan on doing hydro, but for now (mom's) im doing soil. So far they have been growing great and everything but the other day I noticed some smokey lookin spots on 1 of the plants leaf's, where the spots are the leafs are rough and dry feeling, real easy to break if you aren't careful. SO being a new grower and nervous about fuckin up my grow and having anything spread, I went ahead and plucked it from the garden (I have 9 growing still so NP, just tryin to get MOM's for clones) SO I figured everything would be ok. So the next day I goto work (which was hell btw) and when I come home 3 of the 9 plants are having the SAME problems!! I haven't used any nutes yet at all b.c it's not even been a full 2 weeks! Just water and soil, I use a soil moisture meter thing to tell when to water, I am using Miracle gro (I know, but I had it on hand) and a 400watt HPS about 23-26inches away.

I have been trying to find what this could be by looking through the FAQ and some other sites, I think I found something that looks like it in the "Marijuana Horticulture Indoor/Outdoor Medical Grower's Bible" on page 384 it says "foilar spots started on this leaf after it became serverly nitrogen deficient", can my plants become nitrogen deficient only being under 2 weeks old? OH YEA I don't have a PH meter yet, I bought one had some shipping problems, but it's been resolved and it's being shipped again. SO as soon as I have it i'll be PH'n everything I wish like a mother fucker I had a camera of some sort to show you pictures, I just don't have money to buy one right now. PLEASE HELP SAVE MY BABIES!!!!!!

anyone? ::cry::
Have you been spraying your plants with water?
Do you have a fan on the light?
I have found miracle gro soil to strong for some strains of marijuana especially when they are seedlings and i just use a normal cheap seedling peat to bring them on.
Some types of weed hate high levels of ferts and will balk at them big style.

Ya, the miracle grow soils have tons of nutes, too much for those little one.

I don't spray the plants on their leaves at all, as I don't want to burn them or cause mold or anything, I have a pretty high powered fan blowing on the light itself 24/7... This is killing me!

It may well be that its the miracle grow soil, without pictures its hard to help you really.
Try daily flushing with clean pure water:blsmoke:

Hey,
I know you say you don't have the money, but if you live by a walmart they sell cheap dia camers for like 20 bucks, and I just bought a ph test kit(250 times) for 5 bucks, it was in the fish area. Also what is the hum. and temp in the area that you are going in.
My plants were the same way, where the leaves would just crumble. The area was to dry.
Good luck, just remeber pics or worth 1000 words.

OK forgive the picture quality, it's the best I could come up with!!

PLEASE HELP! Also, the last pic is of the biggest plant I have so far, it's not "infected" yet, but its starting to look droppy, have a look and tell me if it looks ok so far??

THANKS FOR ANY HELP!!!!

How offten r u watering, and how much? Do the containers have drain holes and if so are they big enough? It looks like u have foil on the walls, I can't tell foresure though.
If so take it down that will bring hot spots. what kind of nuts r u giving them, does the soil have nuts in it? This could a number of problems. Try to take more pics. before you upload them make sure that others can see what u r talking about in the pics.
Start reading the grow FaQ it has a lot of info that is very helpfull.
