Help rusty color leaves.

Hey the bottom of my plant keeps develping these rusty leaves and i cut them off because there dying. Then the next set up of leaves start getting rusty. I have a pic of it. Can some1 help me determine whats wrong with it?

What stage are the plants. Whats PH reading like.

I dont have pH meter. and they r vegging

Hey Pancake623. I was problems and it turned out my PH Meter was broken (It did not help that I dropped it in the water..LOL..) But once I got a new one and corrected the Ph, things are looking better. You can get one for $10.00 at Home Depot, OSH, etc. It will make like way easier. I am not sure if this is a ph issue, but it will help rule things out.
