Help!!!!Root aphids or soil mites

I've found little white bugs in my soil hundreds of them not sure if they are root aphids or soil mites my plant looks healthy nothing eating the leaves no yellowing of the leaves or anything I'm just completely stumped any help would be greatly appreciated.

try keeping your soil drier, but then again i found this.

They don't jump around tho they just crawl and everything I've looked up on them says they will jump around the soil......do the baby ones not jump around?

This video has completely sold me on the fact that they are springtails thank you so much for sharing it with me I am so relieved my girl is gonna be just fine I was really stressing

i know that feeling all to well. glad it helped isopods are asnother to lookup
