Hello People

just registered on your site; a wealth of experience and help seems to me, thanks in advance.

Took posession of two old mother plants, one russian one an old hippy strain eye a few weeks ago.Just finished prepping the room and my fresh clones are loving my diy flood n drain.

Trouble is they are both a year or so old and already stand 3.5 ft high. I plan to flower them both off with a dozen clones in a couple of weeks.is there anything i can do to prep my old biatches before i flower them off?? Already replanted them in nice big pots but is there anything else i can do to prep the min order to make them more manageable? Iv already have to stick the eye so god forbid the weight when its dripping..

Attached a pic or two of them,as you can see my 3.5ft square space is very full...will take more pics when the lights are on....

thanks again

Bob

I would first take off all the lil limbs down at the bottom and in the middle, just the lil ones, under 2 inches, kinda clean her up just a bit, then start with flowering nutes, like OPen Sesame. SHe should be a high Yeilder.

how old is the soil. and you might want to trim some branches to allow for light

i doubled the size of the pot a month ago with a multi purpous compost/perlite/vermiculite mix but i really cannot go any bigger with my pot size as no room. got to be 4 gallon pots tho. Flushed them too but feeding again now in the hope of getting rid of those odd yellow leaves....

Not too worried about allowing for light as when im flowering the whole room, one of the lamps will be at a lower level and iv taken off the shade in the hope it will give plenty light

Been trimming greedy branches for clones..

will try some of that stuff you said for flowering, any other suggerstions gratefully recieved as i really want to do them some justice...

i asked about pot size incase you needed to transplant first, your ok then. just take as many cuttingsas you need and trim the bottom branches that will only produce little popcorn buds and flower her. you may want to tie some branches out for better light penetration
