Help, pointers needed, techniques to growing & squeezing the max yeild

So i've got Kannabia big band plant at around 3 weeks old, shes under cfl's right now but i do own a 400w hps and am considering using that for flowering if its not too big a risk.

Id just like some tips on getting the most out of her, im hoping for 6oz+ so id like to know how long do you think i should veg her for & should i use any techniques like LST or super cropping?

so far shes been fed only water as im waiting to pick some nutes up off a friend when i have money.

its in a wardrobe and i have plenty of upward space.

so yeah any tips on how i can get the most yield with what i have & how long to veg for would be appreciated

well 6 oz is a lot to ask for from one plant. as far as getting the most for her, you will need more than cfl's, that 400 will work for veg you know. i would start by topping her 2 or 3 times then lst her. once she is 12 inches or more thats when i will swich to 12-12 good luck
